Why Backbone Adventures for ATV Rentals in Estes Park Colorado

Updated: Dec 8, 2019

I think it's important to know who you're doing business with. I have always hated dealing with businesses who don't seem to care about my the business I give them.

I was raised very poor. Until #Backbone #Adventures started doing well with the #ATV #rentals and #Jeep rentals 7 or 8 years ago, I was still fairly poor into my 40's. This is why I truly appreciate my customer's business. After all, they pay my mortgage and the rest of my bills. They provide me and my family a life and a future. I can't tell you how much that means to me.

Having been poor, I'm always afraid there is a chance I can end up back at square one. That thought will always live in the back of my mind. If you were raised like I was, or don't come from money, you know exactly what I'm talking about. It's something a rich person could never comprehend.

Because of this, I work my ass off and always will. It's not just about working hard though. It's about doing right by my customers. This means I give discounts and deals whenever I can. I talk to them, I show that I appreciate them, and I honestly enjoy the relationships I build with them.

Of course profit is nice. You must have it to survive. However, that doesn't mean you need to make more than a comfortable living. I'm not interested in raking people over the coals and being greedy like so many businesses. I pay the bills, I pay my people well, and I work to build a humble retirement.

My philosophy: Treat people how you want to be treated, even if they don't treat you with the same respect, make an honest living, and love your family. That's all that matters at the end of the day.

If you're on #vacation and you #rent an ATV or Jeep #Wrangler from Backbone Adventures, you'll be dealing with a kind family who truly appreciates your business and positive vibes. Plus, you'll get the best bang for your buck. We go out of our way to provide the highest quality, most expensive ATV, UTV, Razors, Jeeps, motorcycles, and snowmobiles.

These are our new atv rentals for 2020. The ride command units have special features, plus a touch screen trail navigation and blue tooth stereo
Our new machines for 2019/2020. Polaris RZR 1000 XP with Ride Command. So awesome!

I have three rules all of my employees know very well:

1. Provide the best genuine customer service possible

2. Provide high quality, well maintained, equipment

3. Take care of our slice of National Forest

When I hire people, I don't even look at the application. Every business is about the people. I am always seeking people with a good heart, positive minded, honest, and hard working.

This is the difference between other ATV Rental companies and Backbone Adventures. I have seen some extremely shady operations. Most look like they are highly professional online. Once you see how they operate behind the scene, you'd be pretty nervous about dealing with them.

I'll leave you with this: ALWAYS look at the online reviews. Google is the best in my opinion. Sure, you're going to find companies that give themselves fake 5 star reviews. You do have to read the good reviews, but you should also look at the owner or manager's responses to the bad ones. This will tell you a lot about how the company operates and the respect, or lack there of for their customers.

Hope to see you soon................
